A full refurbishment with a new single storey extension to the rear, constructed to provide a spacious kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceiling, finished to the highest level.

This included the re-modeling of the original loft area to provide more spacious bedrooms and bathroom with the addition of a new balcony.
