The initial brief for this project required identifying the balance between working with the given structure or allowing the production of a new dwelling.

As a result of varying processes, paralleled with the efficiency and economics of a new build Meadow Ridge was constructed. The new dwelling retains the parameter of the original house and is constructed in both timber frame and masonry with the utilisation of modern efficient materials.
